Reliable Distributions partners with established logistics providers to ensure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched with professional care. This policy explains order processing timelines, shipping responsibilities, tracking procedures, international shipment considerations, and steps to address delivery issues.

Processing Times and Production Lead Times
Following order confirmation and receipt of applicable payments, production and processing commence. Processing duration depends on product type and customization level, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days for standard SKUs. Orders incorporating private-labeling, packaging customization, or complex trim specifications may require extended lead times, which will be communicated in quotation documents.

Packaging and Handling Standards
We emphasize packaging quality to minimize transit damage. Products are packed using appropriate materials, labeled clearly, and palletized or boxed according to shipment volume and product nature. For fragile or premium textile items, additional protective packaging is employed to preserve product presentation and quality.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking Capabilities
Reliable Distributions collaborates with national and international carriers depending on destination and service level selected by Buyers. Tracking information will be provided once shipments are transferred to carriers. Buyers are encouraged to monitor shipments using provided tracking links and contact carriers directly for transit-specific inquiries.

Charges, Duties, and Customs Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping charges, insurance, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees constitute Buyer responsibilities. For international export shipments, Buyers must ensure compliance with their local import regulations and customs requirements. Reliable maintains experience in export documentation and international logistics, providing commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance in destination countries. However, we cannot be held liable for delays or costs arising from customs inspections, regulatory holds, or import restrictions specific to destination countries.

Partial Shipments and Split Order Processing
Large or complex orders may be shipped in multiple consignments to expedite delivery. In such cases, Reliable will notify Buyers and supply separate tracking references for each consignment. Partial shipments do not affect order validity; invoices will reflect shipped quantities accordingly.

Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
While Reliable will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules, delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances. In such events, Reliable will communicate promptly and work with Buyers and carriers to mitigate delays.

Claims for Loss or Damage During Transit
If products are received damaged, Buyers must report issues to both the carrier and Reliable within 48 hours of delivery and retain packaging for inspection purposes. Claims must include photographs and detailed descriptions. Reliable will cooperate with carriers and insurers to process claims and determine liability.

We handle all aspects of international shipping including export documentation, customs declarations, freight forwarding coordination, and compliance with destination country regulations. Our export services cover multiple countries across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other regions. We work with experienced international logistics partners to ensure secure, timely delivery regardless of destination. For export inquiries, partners should specify their country location and any specific import requirements or restrictions that may apply to textile and apparel products in their jurisdiction.
