1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern product sales and service provision by Reliable Distributions, a business division of Reliable Group Limited. By submitting an order to Reliable Distributions, you acknowledge agreement with these terms. Please review thoroughly before order placement.

2. Terminology Definitions
"Buyer" designates the individual, company, or entity purchasing products from Reliable Distributions. "Seller" or "Reliable" refers to Reliable Distributions/Reliable Group Limited. "Products" encompasses the merchandise supplied under these terms, including apparel, bags, footwear, and home textiles.

3. Order Submission and Acceptance
All orders require acceptance by Reliable Distributions. Acceptance becomes effective upon Buyer receipt of written order confirmation from Reliable Distributions. Provided quotations are indicative and remain valid for periods stated within quotation documents. Reliable reserves rights to decline orders at its discretion.

4. Minimum Order Quantity Requirements
The Buyer agrees to comply with minimum order quantity requirements (typically 1000 pieces per SKU) unless alternative arrangements are specified in separate written agreements. Minimum order quantities facilitate efficient production operations and pricing stability.

5. Pricing and Payment Structures
Quoted prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment terms will be specified in quotation documents. Reliable may require advance payments, deposits, or staged payment schedules based on order value and Buyer profile. Late payments may incur interest charges or result in order suspension.

6. Delivery and Production Timelines
Quoted lead times represent estimates based on standard production schedules. Reliable will endeavor to meet delivery dates but shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs processing, force majeure events, or delays in receiving Buyer-supplied materials or approvals.

7. Quality Inspection and Assurance
Buyers should inspect products upon receipt. Claims for shortages, defects, or non-conformance must be communicated to Reliable within seven calendar days of delivery with supporting documentation. Reliable reserves rights to investigate and, when appropriate, arrange replacement or credit in accordance with Returns & Refunds policy provisions.

8. Intellectual Property Protection
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, designs, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Reliable Group Limited. Buyers are prohibited from reproducing, altering, or utilizing Reliable intellectual property without prior written authorization.

9. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reliable's liability for claims arising from or connected to product sales is limited to the value of the relevant order. Reliable shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Delhi shall maintain exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.

11. Amendment Provisions
Reliable may modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be published on the website and will become effective from the publication date unless otherwise indicated.
